Pacing is more important than content when it comes to drama. If your pacing is off you will lose people regardless of the quality of your story . I find my mind racing ahead of the actors here because the lines don’t follow each other cleanly. These days, you can’t really afford dead space between line deliveries and video cuts because people can handle and expect a lot of content density in storytelling.
